Ingredients
  • 2 cups Puffed rice (murmura)
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Green chutney (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Sev (fried gram flour noodles)
  • 1/2 Boiled potatoes
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice, onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and roasted peanuts.
  2. Add tamarind chutney, green chutney (if using), chaat masala, and salt. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle sev on top for crunch and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice before serving and toss lightly.
  5. Serve immediately to prevent the puffed rice from becoming soggy.

  • Prepare and serve Bhel Puri immediately for the best texture.
  • You can adjust the spice levels by increasing or decreasing the amount of chutney or chaat masala.
  • Add chopped raw mango for a tangy flavor during the mango season.
