Ingredients
  • 200 grams Chicken wings
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Maida flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Honey
Instructions
  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel.
  2. Season the wings with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. (Optional) Coat lightly with Maida flour for extra crispiness.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer.
  5. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and drain on a paper towel.
  6. In a another small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  7. Add Schezwan sauce, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  8. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl.
  9. Pour the prepared Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  10. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing, ranch, or celery sticks.

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce.
