Ingredients
  • 150 grams boneless chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 green chili (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, ginger, garlic, and yogurt. Blend to a smooth paste.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the green paste, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the oil separates from the masala.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with your choice of naan, roti, or steamed rice.
