  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt or regular salt (as needed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)
  • Optional: Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, or green chilies for extra flavor.
Instructions
  1. Boil the corn kernels in salted water until tender. Drain excess water.
  2. Transfer the boiled corn to a bowl. Add chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir well to coat the corn evenly with the spices.
  4. Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves on top.
  5. (Optional) If you want an enhanced flavor, lightly sauté the boiled corn in 1 teaspoon of butter before adding spices.
  6. Serve warm for a comforting snack or at room temperature.
