In a typical preparation of Amritsari Paneer Bhurji, the paneer is crumbled or grated and cooked along with an assortment of spices, vegetables, and herbs.
In a bowl, add roasted besan, all the spices, milk and curd. Mix well and keep aside

In a kadhai, add butter and Oil, then add onions and green chillies. Sautee them well for about two mins

Add tomatoes in the kadhai and saute for two mins. Next add the besan mixture we made earlier and keep mixing it well into the bhuna tomatoes and onions.

Once cooked, add crumbled paneer, Coriander and lemon juice. Mix well
