  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 small boiled potato, mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, for frying
  • 3 tablespoons coriander chutney
Instructions
  1. Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll them out using a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mashed potato, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the potato mixture on one end of each rolled-out bread slice and roll them up tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
Note
  • You can also add chopped onions, green chillies, or peas to the potato mixture for extra flavor.
  • Make sure to seal the edges of the bread rolls properly to prevent the filling from coming out during frying.
