  • 4 oz. ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sesame seed bun
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat a grill or a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and shape it into a patty.
  3. Place the burger patty on the hot grill or pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place the cheese slice on top of the burger patty to melt.
  5. Toast the sesame seed bun on the grill or pan for a few seconds until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing the cooked burger patty on the bottom half of the toasted bun, and add your preferred toppings on top of the melted cheese.
  7. Cover the burger with the top half of the toasted bun and serve immediately.
