  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 tablespoons Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Schezwan Sauce
  • Coriander for Garnish
  • A Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • A Pinch Oregano
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic, green chillies, chilli flakes and oregano cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and schezwan sauce cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add boil pasta mix at well and cook for 2 min.

  • Adjust the amount of chilli flakes and garlic according to your spice preference.
