  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 cup colored capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger-garlic
  • 1 chili
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 200 grams paneer
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
  1. In a pan, melt butter and sauté sliced onions and chopped ginger-garlic until translucent.
  2. Add colored capsicum to the pan and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour in the cream, and cook on low flame until the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add paneer cubes and garam masala to the pan. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish the creamy paneer with fresh coriander leaves.
