  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, mushrooms, etc.)

  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add your choice of vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve the Garlic Ginger Chicken Stir Fry hot with steamed rice or noodles.
Note
  • Marinating the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger adds depth of flavor and helps to tenderize the meat.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the stir fry, such as bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, or mushrooms.
  • Adjust the level of garlic and ginger according to your taste preference. You can add more for a bolder flavor.
