  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack instant noodles (e.g., Maggi)
  • Noodle masala (included in the noodle pack)
  • Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, cabbage), finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste (optional)
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and well-cooked.
  3. Season with salt and add Schezwan sauce. Mix well.
  4. Pour in water and bring it to a boil.
  5. Break the instant noodles into the pan. Add the noodle masala packet that comes with the noodles. Cook until the noodles are done, following the instructions on the noodle packet.
  6. In a separate pan, stir-fry the assorted vegetables until they are slightly cooked but still retain their crunch.
  7. Once the noodles are cooked, add the stir-fried vegetables to the pan and mix well.
  8. Add chilli flakes, garam masala, and chilli paste (if desired) to enhance the spiciness and flavor.
  9. Finally, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the noodles and cover the pan until the cheese melts.
  10. Serve the Spicy Noodle Delight hot as a delicious and satisfying meal.
