Ingredients
    For Pizza Dough
  • All-purpose flour
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Warm water
  • For Pizza Toppings (Customizable)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced bell peppers
  • Sliced onions
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Chopped olives
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Any other preferred toppings
Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza dough by mixing all-purpose flour, yeast, salt, olive oil, and warm water. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. Let it rise until it doubles in size.
  2. While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza toppings of your choice. You can slice the vegetables, grate the cheese, and have the pizza sauce ready.
  3. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
  4. Take a kullad and grease the inside with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Roll out a ball of dough to fit the size of the kullad. The dough should be thin but not too thin to avoid tearing.
  6. Heat the kullad over a stovetop or open flame on low to medium heat. Place the rolled-out dough onto the kullad.
  7. Cook the dough in the kullad, turning it occasionally to ensure even cooking. The dough will start to puff up and cook on both sides.
  8. Once the dough is cooked and has a light golden color with some charred spots, remove it from the kullad.
  9. Spread pizza sauce on the cooked side of the dough.
  10. Layer the toppings over the sauce, starting with cheese followed by your preferred vegetables and other toppings.
  11. Place the kullad pizza back on the stovetop or flame with a lid or cover to melt the cheese and cook the toppings slightly.
  12. Once the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated, carefully remove the kullad pizza from the heat.
  13. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
  14. Serve the Kullad Pizza hot and enjoy the smoky and unique flavors.
Note
  • The choice of toppings for your Kullad Pizza is versatile. You can use a variety of veggies, meats, cheeses, and sauces based on your preferences.
  • Make sure to properly grease the inside of the kullads before baking to prevent sticking.
  • The kullads should be baked until they are crispy and golden brown for the perfect pizza cup.
  • Serve the Kullad Pizzas immediately to enjoy them at their best.
