  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or water for thinner consistency)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener (optional, based on mango sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, for authentic flavor) Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled lassi)
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice ripe mangoes, ensuring they are juicy and sweet.
  2. Add the mangoes, coconut yogurt, coconut milk, and cardamom powder to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add maple syrup or a sweetener if necessary, based on your preferred sweetness level.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled drink. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom or chopped pistachios (optional).

  • This recipe is vegan and lactose-free, thanks to coconut yogurt.
