Instructions
    Prepare the Mangoes:
  1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
  2. Cut the mango flesh away from the pit and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Blend the Ingredients:
  4. In a blender, add the chopped mango pieces, chilled milk, and sugar.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add Ice and Blend Again:
  7. Add the ice cubes and a pinch of cardamom powder (if using).
  8. Blend again until the shake is frothy and well-mixed.
  9. Serve:
  10. Pour the mango shake into glasses.
  11. Top with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for added richness (optional).
  12. Garnish with sliced mango or nuts if desired.

  • Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the mangoes.
