For the Paneer Tikka:
1cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2cup thick yogurt
1tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1tablespoon red chili powder
1/2teaspoon turmeric powder
1teaspoon Tandoori masala
1/2teaspoon asafoetida
2teaspoons jeera coriander powder
1teaspoon Besan (gram flour)
Salt to taste
1tablespoon Kasuri methi
1tablespoon Oil
For the Sliders:
4 Pav (bread rolls)
4 Sliced tomatoes
1tablespoon Chopped onions
2tablespoons Coriander
2tablespoons Capsicum, finely chopped
Mint Coriander chutney
1/4cup Butter
2tablespoons Garlic, finely chopped
1/2cup Four Cheese (grated)
4 Cheese Slices
Instructions
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Tandoori masala, asafoetida, jeera coriander powder, Besan, Kasuri methi, and salt.
Add paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
In a pan, add oil and cook the marinated paneer until it gets a golden-brown color.
In a bowl, mix melted butter with finely chopped garlic and coriander.
Slice the Pav horizontally. Brush each slice with garlic butter.
Apply mint coriander chutney on the base, add a cheese slice, spread the cooked paneer, and top it with onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Sprinkle grated Four Cheese on top.
Cover the sliders with the top layer of Pav. Brush the remaining garlic butter on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 minutes or until the sliders are crisp and the cheese melts.
