  • 1 lb Paneer Cubes
  • 1/2 cup of Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon of Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Chaat Masala
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil
Instructions
  1. Start by marinating the paneer cubes. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, and salt.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and mix everything together. Make sure the paneer cubes are well coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. When the paneer cubes are nicely browned and cooked through, transfer to a plate and serve your delicious Panner Tikka. Enjoy!
