1 boiled potato, mashed
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Kali mirch powder
1/4 tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Amchur powder
2 slices of bread
1 cup Maida (All-purpose flour)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Water (for making maida paste)
Oil (for deep frying)

Instructions

Smash the boiled potato and mix it with jeera powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kali mirch powder, haldi, salt, and amchur powder.
