  • 180 grams Thinly Cut Chicken Breast
  • 250 grams Low Fat Yoghurt
  • 2 Squeeze Of Lemon Juice
  • 10 grams Garlic paste
  • 1/2 Sliced Tomato
  • 20 grams Sliced Onion
  • 60 grams Raising Flour
  • Salt, Cumin, 1 Paprika, Coriander Powder, Pepper
  • Freshly Grated Cucumber
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add 100g low fat yogurt, 1 squeeze of lemon juice, salt, cumin, 1 paprika, coriander powder, pepper, 5g garlic paste (make a paste)
  2. Add chicken in a paste mix & set aside.
  3. In another bowl, 75g low fat yogurt, 5g garlic paste, grated cucumber, lemon juice and mix it (make sauce).
  4. Take onion and chicken and put in oven in 220 degree celsius for 20-25 min
  5. Cut the cooked chicken in slices.
  6. In another bowl, add rising flour, 75g low fat yogurt, garlic powder and mix and make soft dough.
  7. Now knead to form a dough & roll.
  8. Cook for 2 min each side.
  9. Spread ½ side sauce, add tomato, onion, baked chicken, rest of sauce & coriander leaves.
Note

1. You can either cook the chicken on a pan, grill, in the oven, air fryer or whichever way you prefer & is easiest. 
2. Self Raising Flour - or you can use plain flour mixed with 1 Tsp of baking powder & salt.
3. When rolling the dough out make sure to lightly flour your surface beforehand to avoid sticking.
