Ingredients
  • 150 grams Chicken breast or thighs (boneless)
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 Butter
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. If using a grill pan, lightly grease it with a few drops of olive oil.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on the preheated grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown crust.
  5. Optional Butter Glaze: Brush the cooked chicken lightly with melted butter for extra flavor and shine.
  6. Serve: Serve hot with a side of lemon wedges or a fresh salad.
Note
  • For enhanced flavor, marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust spices to taste; chili flakes can be added for extra heat.
  • This recipe can also be made using an oven. Preheat to 200°C (392°F) and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
