  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the carrot and broccoli and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • This recipe can be customized with your favorite vegetables. Just make sure to cut them into even-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • To make it vegan, you can use mushroom sauce instead of oyster sauce.
    For a spicier version, add sliced red chilies or chili flakes.
  • You can also add protein such as chicken, shrimp, or tofu to the stir-fry. Just cook it separately and add it in at the end with the sauce.
