  • 100 grams yakisoba noodles (or substitute with ramen or spaghetti noodles)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, onions)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or vegetarian oyster sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ketchup to make the yakisoba sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the prepared yakisoba sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
