  5. Fold the rice over the filling to encase it completely, shaping it into a triangle or ball.
  6. Repeat the process to make additional onigiri with different fillings if desired.
  7. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  8. Place the onigiri in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
