  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, and cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Then add raw peanuts and roast until peanuts are slightly brown and roasted.
  2. Add green chilies, and turmeric powder, Mix it well for 10 seconds.
  3. Next Add 2 cups of puffed rice, salt, black pepper powder, and roasted grams, and Mix well until well-coated in 25 sec.
  4. Turn off the fame.
  5. Add onion (finely chopped), tomato (roughly chopped), cucumber, chat masala, Coriander leaves, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  6. Masala puffed rice is ready.

  • Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of red chili powder or adding green chilies for extra heat.
  • You can add chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves for freshness and added flavor.
