Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly. Boil them in water until they are soft and the skin is wrinkled. Let them cool.

Peel off the skin and scoop out the pulp. Discard the seeds.

Blend the mango pulp with sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder until smooth.

Add water to the blended mixture and stir well. Adjust the consistency to your liking.

Pour the Aam Panna into glasses. Add mint leaves and ice cubes before serving.
