  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and cornflour.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into small, round meatballs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the koftas until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  7. Add pureed tomatoes, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  8. Add fresh cream or yogurt, mix well, and cook for a few minutes.
  9. Add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. Bring it to a boil.
  10. Gently add the fried chicken koftas to the gravy and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot with naan or rice.
