  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar salad dressing to the bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well until the dressing is evenly distributed.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.

Note

  • You can also add grilled chicken or shrimp to the salad to make it a complete meal.
  • To make homemade croutons, cut a few slices of bread into cubes and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then, bake them in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Caesar salad dressing can be made at home or purchased from the store. If you're making it at home, you'll need anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
