In a saucepan, heat the milk until warm. Mix cornflour with a little milk to form a smooth paste and add it to the warm milk.

Stir continuously until the milk thickens.

Add heavy cream and condensed milk. Mix well and remove from heat.

Pour the mixture into a mold and freeze until set.
Flourless Chocolate Cake:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or in the microwave.

Stir in brown sugar, caster sugar, salt, espresso powder, and vanilla bean paste.

Mix in eggs one at a time, then sift in cocoa powder and fold until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking pan. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Let the cake cool, then cut it into sandwich-sized pieces.
Assembling:

Take two slices of the flourless chocolate cake.

Place a slice of dulce de leche kulfi on one cake slice and cover with the other slice.
