Prepare the Changezi Masala

Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, clove, and black peppercorns on low heat until fragrant.

Let them cool, then grind into a fine powder. Set aside.
Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt.

Add the chicken pieces, mix well, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the Chicken

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onions and cook until golden brown.

Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to turn light brown.

Add pureed tomato, turmeric powder, and the prepared Changezi masala.
