In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and chopped mint leaves.

Mix well.

Add ginger, garlic, green chili and mix well.

Gradually add water to the flour mixture to form a soft and smooth dough. Knead well for 5-7 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.

Take one dough ball and roll it out into a circle using a rolling pin.

Heat a griddle (tawa) over medium heat. Place the rolled-out paratha on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Apply oil on both sides and cook until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.

- You can adjust the amount of mint leaves and green chili according to your taste preferences.
- You can also add other herbs like coriander or spices like cumin powder to the dough for added flavor.
- Make sure the dough is kneaded well to ensure the parathas turn out soft and fluffy.
- You can also make the parathas in advance and reheat them in a toaster or on the griddle before serving.
