Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll them out using a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix together mashed potato, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

Place a tablespoon of the potato mixture on one end of each rolled-out bread slice and roll them up tightly.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread rolls until golden brown on all sides.

Serve hot with coriander chutney.
Note
- You can also add chopped onions, green chillies, or peas to the potato mixture for extra flavor.
- Make sure to seal the edges of the bread rolls properly to prevent the filling from coming out during frying.
