In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, chopped methi leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, grated ginger and oil. Mix well.

Gradually add water and knead the dough until it's soft and smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

After resting, divide the dough into equal sized balls.

Dust some flour on the rolling surface and roll each ball into a round shape.

Heat a tawa or griddle on medium-high heat. Once hot, place the rolled paratha on it.

Cook for about 30 seconds or until small bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip the paratha over and spread some oil or ghee over it.

Cook for another 30 seconds or until golden brown spots appear on the bottom side.

Flip it again and repeat the process on the other side.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.

- To enhance the flavor, you can add spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, and chili powder to the dough.
- Make sure to wash and chop the fenugreek leaves properly before adding them to the dough.
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by adding or reducing green chilies.
