  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together curd, sugar, and oil until well combined.
  4. Add in milk and mix until smooth.
  5. Sift in the rava, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  6. Fold in the red and yellow tutti frutti gently into the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow it to cool in the tin for 10-15 minutes.
  10. After cooling, transfer the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
